Children's Therapy & Assessment

An appointment of up to 75 minutes, at your home. The purpose is to build an overview of your child's skills, so we know what we need to do next to support them. The appointment will be a variety of observation, play-based activities, planned structured activities, and discussion of parental concerns.

 An  Initial assessment is required before I can provide any therapy. 

Therapy sessions, usually carried out at your home, include a mix of me working directly with your child and supporting you through parent coaching. 

Sessions are up to 60 minutes.

II offer school visits to, your child's school or nursery support teaching staff in supporting your child’s speech, language, and communication needs and help them continue the work we have been doing at home.

Regular therapy sessions at school, if booked in a block of 3 or more are £90 per session.

If you wish to have a more comprehensive assessment and detailed report to support your child`s EHCP application.

Includes 1 setting visit and 1 home visit.

My support calls are for parents of babies and young children and primary aged children (0–7) and for anyone who wants to better understand and support their child’s speech, language, and communication and what they need to do net to help.

Advice and support is up to 50 minutes, we’ll focus on your key questions and concerns, explore where your child is in their communication journey, and give you tailored strategies or guidance you can start using straight away.

This is your space to get clear, expert advice, reduce overwhelm, and feel confident about the next steps to support your child’s communication — without endless internet searches or guesswork.​

Extra resources can be prepared and made for you to use  at home with your child

All sessions include travel time and mileage, as well as the therapist’s time, expertise, session preparation, and clinical notes written after each session.
