Meet Steph
Stephanie Kerr-Guest Speech & Language Therapist
(BSc Hons, mRCSLT, mASLTIP, HCPC Registered)
A warm welcome to my little corner of the internet.
I am a Speech & Language Therapist by profession, but at my heart, I am a gardening-loving, nature-inspired devotee to children’s communication and wellbeing.
What lights me up most is early intervention and knowing how important early support is for you and your child.
I specialise in supporting children with speech sound difficulties and children in the early years, including toddlers who are late talking. I am also highly experienced in support a wide range of speech, language and communication needs, including primary-aged children with language difficulties.
I am here to help you better understand your child’s communication development and to give you practical strategies and activities that can be woven into your everyday routines to support their communication.
At the heart of everything I do is the belief that the primary goal of Speech and Language Therapy is to support your child’s self-confidence, wellbeing, and self-esteem, helping them do the things they love — while helping you feel empowered, informed, and confident in supporting their communication and talking.
I am an experienced paediatric Speech & Language Therapist, with over 18 years supporting children’s early development and 10 years’ experience working in the NHS.
